Our Roots

Chef and owner Beth Newman knows Southern cooking. A Florida native, and owner of Grapevine's popular Mason & Dixie restaurant, her expertise as a chef, caterer, and florist elevates every aspect of chick & biscuit, from the fresh, seasonal food to the friendly service, to the warm surroundings. As she opens this latest addition to the new Harvest Hall in Grapevine, she mixes classic Southern cooking techniques with bold flavors and natural ingredients.
